GENERAL FAQ


1) Navigate through the departments via the main menu.
2) Select the products you are interested in and click on the thumbnail to view product details, and price.
3) Select the options and enter the quantity you wish to purchase, click on the “add to cart” button. You can then choose to continue shopping or select “view cart”
4) Check your items in the cart. Once confirmed, you can then select “Click & Collect” or “Home Delivery”.
5) You can then continue your check out by either registering an account or check out as a guest.
6) Continue to payment.
7) Upon successful payment, you will receive an email confirming your order.

Robinsons gift vouchers/gift cards are currently not available for redemption online.

We currently offer Click & Collect Service at our Robinsons The Heeren Flagship Store.
Your order will be ready for collection, 3 hours from the order confirmation.
You can collect your order from Robinsons The Heeren, Concierge, Level 5
Your order will be stored with us for a maximum of 14 days from your payment date. Orders uncollected after the 14th day will be automatically refunded via your original mode of payment.
You will need to show the Order Receipt attached to the Order Confirmation Email that was sent to your personal inbox and flash your physical Credit Card used for your corresponding online purchase upon collection. This is to ensure that the order was duly collected.
Yes you may. Likewise, the person will need to present the Order Receipt with the nomination acknowledgement part filled up, along with a photocopy of the customer's IC and the Proxy's Original IC.
Yes, you are allowed to amend the collection date. Kindly contact our Heeren store customer service to arrange.
No, Click & Collect is offered to you free of charge.

For Click & Collect orders: You may return the item(s) to our flagship store, Robinsons The Heeren.
For Home Delivery Returns, Please see below for the steps.

Step 1:

1) In our stores: You may return your item(s) by taking it to our flagship store Robinsons The Heeren. Items must be returned in their original condition within 30 days from the date of order and can only be returned at Robinsons The Heeren.

2) From your house: Fill up the return slip included in your package. Indicate your order number and tick against that item(s) that you wish to return. Items must be returned in their original condition within 30 days from the date of order and can only be returned at Robinsons The Heeren.

Step 2:

Pack your item(s) and the return slip into a parcel.

Postal return service can only be used once.
We will process your returns within 7 days of the receipt. Once processed, the bank will refund your money based on their standard lead time.

Once your payment has been confirmed, you will be unable to cancel or amend your order. Hence it is important for you to check your order before proceeding.
All products orders are subject to availability. If there are any difficulties to supply, we will refund you the amount you've paid.
Do Robinsons Offer Gift Receipt & Gift Wrapping Service?

At the moment we do not offer Gift Receipt & Gift Wrapping Service online.
Do I get the usual 5% Rebates when I shop online?

Yes, you are entitled to the 5% rebates.* It will be calculated on the monthly credit card statement.

*Rebates will not be available for all payments via PayPal.

Just present your card prior to your purchase and enjoy cash rebate of up to 10% on your purchases at Robinson Group of Stores with your OCBC Robinsons Group Visa Card. Simply charge any amount of up to S$5,000 to enjoy a minimum of 5% rebate. Any subsequent amount of more than $5,000 will enjoy a 10% rebate during the qualifying period between 1 Jan - 30 Jun or 1 Jul - 31 Dec. Your rebates* will be automatically reflected on your month end statement.

Example: If you spend S$8,000 at Robinsons and Marks & Spencer from 1 January to 30 June 2015, the total cash rebate you will receive is S$497.66.

Here is how it is calculated:

 Amount Spent Cash rebate received
S$8,000 ÷ 1.07 = $7,476.64 (price excluding GST) First $5,000 S$5,000 x 5% = S$250.00
Remaining S$2,476.64 S$2,476.64 x 10% = $247.66


*Cash rebate will be automatically posted in your monthly statemtent. Cash rebate is calculated based on selling price, excluding GST. 10% cash rebate is only applicable for purchases within the same qualifying period.
