B (i) Return / Refund of product for online orders :

For online orders, ROBINSONS accepts store returns at any of ourstores for return / refund of regular priced product within 30 daysfrom the date of delivery.

You may proceed to the corresponding department/floor in the relevant store to return your online purchase as per below:

Several types of goods are ineligible for returns / refunds including perishable goods such as food, flowers, intimate or sanitary goods, personalised items, special orders, gift cards, gift vouchers, electrical appliances cosmetics & beauty, perfume, jewellery, mattresses, hazardous materials or flammable liquids or gases.

Items must be returned in their original packaging with price tags intact and must be complete including electrical accessories and manuals where applicable. Items that have been laundered or altered in anyway will not be accepted for refund.

Electronics items can be returned within the policy only if there are in sealed condition and have not been used.

All successful requests for returns / refunds will be refunded and credited without interest into the same payment mode that was used to make the order.* We will return to you all payments received from you, excluding delivery charges, should your order fall below the minimum qualifier for free delivery. Requests for returns / refunds may be done in store or online.

Any refund may be made in full or in part at the sole discretion of ROBINSONS.

For ‘Click & Collect’ orders: ROBINSONS will hold any ‘Click & Collect’ order for a maximum of 14 days from the date of order following which ROBINSONS may, in its sole discretion, deem your order cancelled and credit the refund without interest into the same credit card that was used to make the order.

The acceptance by ROBINSONS of any request for refund shall not constitute nor be deemed to be an acknowledgment or acceptance by ROBINSONS of any breach, default or liability on the part of ROBINSONS in respect of such product being refunded.

 

Amount refunded will take into consideration the total discounts given to the customer at the point of purchase.

*For items bought directly from store:All returns /refunds must be made within 30 days from the date of purchase and the refund amount will be credited to a gift card with a validity of 2 years. Refunds can take place at all 3 stores, Robinsons the Heeren, Raffles City and JEM. 

B (ii) Exchange of product for online orders:

ROBINSONS does not accept exchanges for online purchases. Should the relevant item be out of stock and customer is not agreeable to other alternatives offered, ROBINSONS will proceed to refund the customer’s credit card in accordance with the procedure for requests for refunds.

ROBINSONS reserves the right to reject any requests for return /refund /exchange that does not fulfill our policies above or for any other reason whatsoever.
