RedWinemaking Process:
In September, three types of grapes are fermented separately in stainless steel tanks for 15-20 days. After deseeding, the wines are separately put into oak barrels until malolactic fermentation is completed. Finally, they are blended and aged in small oak barrels for 18 months.
Tasting Notes:
This wine has aromas of ripe cherries, blackcurrants, blueberries, cloves, cedar, fresh herbs, and licorice. It has a full-bodied, incredibly smooth texture, showing complex layers of mature fruit and chocolate, as well as invigorating freshness. The tannins are smooth, with a lingering aftertaste of chocolate and spices.
