The versatility of Chardonnay in winemaking and its ability to reflect its terroir means there is no single, universal style. The cool climate of Veneto and the limestone and calcareous soils of this sacred land are extremely suitable for the growth of Chardonnay.
Tasting Notes:
Upon opening, the wine offers aromas of peaches, melons, and citrus fruits. Six months of barrel aging has made the body more rounded, while malolactic fermentation adds a creamy note to the overall profile. The acidity is lively and vibrant.
