Delivery and Collection


ROBINSONS is pleased to offer complimentary door-to-door standard delivery service with a prescribed minimum order amount (Singapore only). For purchases below the prescribed order amount, you will be charged a prescribed flat fee for the standard delivery service.

Many of our products come from different warehouses. As a result, products in your order may ship separately.

Local delivery (Singapore only)
  • If your order is $150.00 and above your order qualifies for Free Delivery
  • If your order is below $150.00, the delivery fee is $4.99 (inclusive of GST)

You should receive your order within the next 3-5 business days. Deliveries are scheduled Mondays to Saturdays from 9AM to 6PM (excluding holidays). Robinsons courier is Qxpress. Once the item is on the way to you, our delivery agent will send you a text message to inform you of your delivery.

International delivery
  • Flat fee of $14.99*: Malaysia (both West and East)
  • Flat fee of $29.99*: Available to the following countries: South Korea, Thailand.
  • Flat fee of $50.00*: Available to the following countries: HK, Indonesia, Philippines, Vietnam, China.
  • Flat fee of $60.00*: Available to the following countries: Australia.
  • Flat fee of $100.00*: Available to the following countries: United Kingdom, United States.

*Recipients of international shipments may be subject to import taxes, fees, and customs duties, levied by the customs office of your shipping destination.

Certain brands may not be able to ship to your country, in the event that this is the case, please remove that product from your international order before continuing to check out.

Delivery will be made at any time between 9am and 10pm, selection of preferred timeslots is not provided. Customers will be notified once our logistics partner has picked up the items from our processing facility.

You are responsible for ensuring that a recipient is present at your designated address to receive the delivery. In the case of an unsuccessful delivery attempt, our logistics partner will make up to two additional redelivery attempts at no extra charge. If the third attempt is unsuccessful, the customer will have to pay an additional prescribed fee for the standard delivery service. If payment is not made, ROBINSONS reserves the right to automatically cancel your order, and return the items to its processing facility and/or processing partner. In such an event, only the sale price of the product paid by you will be refunded in accordance with the terms set out above. In the event that you were eligible for free delivery, you will be charged our prescribed flat fee applicable to a standard delivery service and such fee shall be deducted by us prior to the refund. In the event that you had paid our prescribed flat fee applicable to a standard delivery service, such delivery fee paid by you will not be refunded under any circumstances whatsoever. 


Contactless delivery of products to your doorstep or a secure place near your delivery location will only be provided after you give specific instructions authorising such contactless delivery, either through your selection of the relevant option at the checkout page on our website, or specifically instructing the logistics partner to do so, subject to the logistics partner’s policies. 

If after 3 attempts of deliveries, and the order could not be delivered for reasons not attributable to us or our logistics partner, ROBINSONS will be allowed to assume that you wish to cancel the order and it will be terminated. As a result of the cancellation of the order, we will return to you all payments received from you, excluding the applicable delivery charges.
