3 Year Product Warranty

The following applies only if you, as the purchaser, deal as a “consumer” under the Consumer Protection (Fair Trading) Act 2003 of Singapore and may not apply in your particular case. In telling you the following, we do not vary or extend the remedies otherwise available to you at law.

Robinsons Department Stores Online Pte Ltd stand by our products, which is why we warrant all Robinsons brand products against manufacturing faults. If Robinsons brand products are found to have a manufacturing fault within 3 years, Robinsons will assess the goods and, should they be found faulty, will provide either a replacement product, a full refund (less postage and handling), or a 110% store credit. Should the faulty product be unavailable or sold out, a similar replacement will be offered.

Robinsons warrants all Robinsons brand goods against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 3 years from the date of purchase/delivery. The warranty does not cover damage caused under certain circumstances, including but not limited to damage caused by improper care, reasonable wear and tear, or the natural breakdown of colour and materials over extended time and use. Robinsons are also unable to warrant breakable items, such as bathroom accessories, against breakages that are outside of the fair use of a product. Robinsons are also unable to warrant apparel items.

The benefits of this warranty are in addition to the rights and remedies customers have under Singapore law.

Externally branded products are exempt from the Robinsons product warranty. These products are covered by their individual brand warranties, terms and conditions.

Register your product warranty by filling in and submitting the Warranty Registration Form found below, within 30 days of purchase. You must also make a claim, and the claim must be received by us, within 3 years of purchase in order to have your claim accepted.

12 Month Warranty

In order to make a warranty claim, follow the below procedure:

  1. To commence the warranty claim process, contact Robinsons by email at support@robinsons.com.sg or call us on +6531295331.
  2. In order for Robinsons to assess the goods, you may either post the item or email images. Include your return address, nature of the claim/fault and description of the product.   
    • If you choose to email, send all details to support@robinsons.com.sg. You must ensure that the Robinsons care label is visible in the images. 
    • If you choose to post the item, Robinsons will provide a reply-paid address for you to return the product to.
  3. Robinsons will contact you to inform you of its decision regarding the claim. If a replacement product is to be provided, Robinsons will send this to you at its cost. If Robinsons decides to provide a refund, the refund will be processed according to your initial purchase method.
