Interchangeable/Reversible Grill Plates:

The unique cooking plates deliver optimal heat conduction, superior performance, and the means to be swapped for different plates and removed for rinsing easily in a sink or dishwasher. Regular grill and teppanyaki griddling plates are provided while waffle plates can be purchased separately

Double Surface Area for Heating:

This contact grill’s versatile design allows the cover to open flat for a larger cooking area and multi-surface grilling for greater feasts

Dual Heating Zones:

Each plate of the grill are distinct heating zones, allowing you to prepare two types of food with different methods in less time.

Adjustable Cover and Locking Mechanism:

The self-adjusting stainless steel cover which features a lever with 4 preset height positions to lock in for all cooking modes, from maximum contact to melt. The cover is both adjustable and lockable, to secure the cavity when not in use, and to allow the entire grill to be compact enough to fit in tighter gaps for storage

• Closed Position: Top plate rests flat on lower plate. This is the standard starting and heating position for the contact griddle or panini press functions. This position is recommended for storage vertically or on a countertop
• Open Position: Top plate is open. Users can lock the cover in 4 height positions over the bottom plate with the side lever. Open the cover to this position before using the Multi Grill, Griddle & Waffle Maker as a contact griddle or a panini press
• Flat Position: Top plate is opened so that the top and lower plates are level and create a larger cooking surface

Easy Release Buttons and Panini Handle:

Buttons on both sides of the contact grill allow users to easily change cooking plates or remove them for washing. The Panini-style handle has a large button found at the hinge, which releases the cover to extend back to the “flat” position. The handle can also be maneuvered to help adjust the cover to accommodate the thickness of food items

Control Panel and LCD Backlit Display:

Simple-to-use controls via handy knobs and an LCD display allow you to customise the time and temperature settings of your cook. There is an additional dial for easily controlling heat on each, or both of the unique cooking plates, as well as selecting the waffle and searing cooking modes

Drip Tray:

A small drip tray found at the back of the contact grill collects grease and can be detached from the base for easy cleanup

Cleaning After Use:

The cooking plates and drip tray are dishwasher safe, however the cover and base unit can only be cleaned via wiping with a damp cloth

Stability and Heat Resistance for Countertops:

The Contact Grill promises stability and usability on any countertop, sporting slip-free silicone feet and a heat-resistant cooking base

Cord Wrap Fixture:

The power cord can also be neatly wrapped at the bottom of the appliance for added convenience
