Essence cookware is free from PFAS and crafted from recycled aluminium. This chef’s pan also comes with a detachable, ergonomic phenolic handle for added convenience and recyclability and a tempered glass see-through lid. Safe Curing:

The Thermolon™ Infinity coating is a derivative of sand that is transformed into a sprayable solution through a sol-gel process, applied to the walls of the pan with zero adhesives. The pan is heated through an oven for curing and releases 60% less carbon dioxide emissions compared to producers of traditional non-stick PTFE pans

• Always use heat settings appropriate for your ingredients. Avoid overheating to prevent food or oil from burning onto the pan. Never let your oil smoke or burn
• We recommend hand washing to maximise the lifetime of your cooking, but your cookware is dishware safe
