Essence cookware is free from PFAS and crafted from recycled aluminium. This wok also comes with a detachable, ergonomic phenolic handle for added convenience and recyclability. Thermolon™ Infinity Ceramic Non-Stick Coating:

Thermolon™ Infinity is GreenPan’s proprietary ceramic non-stick coating, specially designed to withstand the stresses of modern appliances – this diamond-infused coating is highly durable, scratch-resistant, easy to clean, contains no toxic chemicals and will not blister or release toxic fumes from extreme heating. Safe Curing:

The Thermolon™ Infinity coating is a derivative of sand that is transformed into a sprayable solution through a sol-gel process, applied to the walls of the wok with zero adhesives. The wok is heated through an oven for curing and releases 60% less carbon dioxide emissions compared to producers of traditional non-stick PTFE pans

Scratch Guard™ Enhanced Scratch Resistance:

Scratch Guard™ spray and its diamond-infused particles are integrated thoroughly through the coating in even layers to ensure excellent scratch resistance. • Preheat your wok for a few seconds on low to medium heat before adding a little oil or butter for optimal frying
• Always use heat settings appropriate for your ingredients. Avoid overheating to prevent food or oil from burning onto the wok. Never let your oil smoke or burn
• We recommend hand washing to maximise the lifetime of your cooking, but your cookware is dishware safe
• To keep your non-stick cookware in excellent condition, store your cookware with GreenPan pan protectors
