Quercetin is a naturally occurring antioxidant flavonoid found in colored, nutrient-packed fruits and vegetables. It is a key ingredient commonly found in superfoods. Research also shows that quercetin has excellent antihistamine, anti-inflammatory and immunity-boosting properties.
However, regular quercetin has poor solubility, low bioavailability, poor permeability, and is very unstable. Because the body cannot absorb it well, the beneficial use of quercetin is very limited.

* For Sinus: Take 1 veggie cap at night. If you also experience sinus symptoms in the day-time, take 1 more veggie cap in the day.
